Dustin DiMisa is the President of Intercontinental Capital Group (ICG), a New York City-based residential mortgage company that markets, originates, and trades conventional and Federal Housing Authority (FHA) home mortgage loans.

Since ICG’s founding in 2005, Dustin DiMisa has increased the company’s mortgage loan production from $2 million to $20 million on a per-month basis. DiMisa achieved this $18 million per month increase without sacrificing ICG’s risk management or quality control standards, an impressive accomplishment considering the complex web of federal and state laws that govern the residential mortgage industry. Dustin DiMisa also spearheaded the development of ICG’s cutting-edge residential mortgage lending platform, designed to analyze potential lending opportunities in most, if not all, market conditions.

Prior to founding ICG, Dustin DiMisa worked in the Full Spectrum Lending Division of Countrywide Financial Corporation, serving in a variety of managerial capacities from 2002 to 2005. While at Countrywide, DiMisa was responsible for the monthly pre-approval of approximately $10 million in residential mortgage loans and was also a member of the President’s Council, an advisory board comprised of senior officers and managers. DiMisa was subsequently recruited by Mortgage Line Financial Corp, a residential mortgage lender based in Woodbury, New York, to manage and market its FHA product line. There, Dustin DiMisa was responsible for overseeing monthly marketing budgets designed to maximize Mortgage Line’s return on investment and assisting the pricing and trading divisions with mortgage price comparisons.

Dustin DiMisa, a resident of New York City, graduated from Nassau Community College in Garden City, New York, with a concentration in finance.
